The Challenge the Label webpage is an accessible tool which assists claims users (companies, public procurers, individual consumers, etc) in navigating the confusing ‘claims jungle’ found in today’s global marketplace.

By guiding buyers through a series of key questions and considerations, the tool helps to distinguish between credible and non-credible claims. It links to a number of other online tools and resources which can help buyers in finding out crucial information about a specific claim that is not available at first sight. The aim of this tool is to enhance awareness and improve educated decision-making for all claims users.
