This collection showcases a range of projects I designed and delivered during my time at HS2. I joined in 2016 as a Lead Digital Designer focused on UX and UI, before transitioning into a Lead Service Design role to champion user-centred-design throughout the organisation and supply chain.

Working to GDS service standards, I helped ensure that services were user-centred, accessible, and aligned with government best practice. Alongside my Service Design responsibilities, I also served as the Digital Accessibility Lead ensuring all systems and applications met WCAG compliance and continued in my role as Lead Digital Designer, overseeing the design of HS2’s key digital applications and services.
